WinPE boot fails on Blade with >16GB Ram

Has anyone else experienced this? RDP 6.9SP1 with PIM 3.82. Trying to deploy BL465c blades but the blade locks after loading WinPE 1.6 or WinPE 2.1 if it has >16GB RAM. Works fine with the Linux image.

Any ideas or is this a known issue?

It's a bugger because we depend on CTO and remote deployment. The workaround has been to deploy with 4GB RAM and then send a tech around to put in 32GB.
