read array configuration job failing

Hi All,

i'm trying to track down the issue as to why i can't take the configuration of my array controllers. When i deploy the job to my linux box the file is created however its an empty file. if i change the option from internal to external i get the default pl-acu.ini file.

i've upgraded to 6.9 (build 365) service pack 1 and the server is a DL 385 and its a smart array 6i controller build 2.8
