run hpdiags w/o SMH ?

Is it possible to run hpdiags without the System Management Homepage running ? I need to get the 'survey.html' report, which HP Support requests when a support call is logged.

I can run hpdiags -o and get the xml report file, but I need the HTML version.

Customer does not want to run SMH if possible
