using cpqacuxe under WinPE
I would like to use cpqacuxe in it's graphical form under WinPE. I have tried copying registry settings, services, and many other iterations of files and registry settings...no luck.
It this possible?
Thanks.

Re: using cpqacuxe under WinPE
Use the newest version of cpqacuxe, not the 1 from the toolkit.
Make sure you choose the correct settings in the ini file for configure/auto.
I run OS off 5i so I use this to kill
Action= ReConfigure
Method= Custom
; Controller Specifications
; Controller HP Smart Array 5i
Controller= Slot 0
ClearConfigurationWithDataLoss=Yes
ReadCache= 100
WriteCache= 0
RebuildPriority= Low
ExpandPriority= Low
SurfaceScanDelay= 15
Then I use this to config:
Action= ReConfigure
Method= Custom
; Controller Specifications
; Controller HP Smart Array 5i
Controller= Slot 0
ClearConfigurationWithDataLoss=Yes
ReadCache= 100
WriteCache= 0
RebuildPriority= Low
ExpandPriority= Low
SurfaceScanDelay= 15
; Array Specifications
Array= A
; Array Drive Type is Parallel SCSI
; 2:0 (18.2 GB),2:1 (18.2 GB)
Drive= 2:0,2:1
OnlineSpare= No
; Logical Drive Specifications
LogicalDrive= 1
RAID= 1
Size= Max
Sectors= 32
StripeSize= 128
ArrayAccelerator= Enabled
Make sure you choose the correct settings in the ini file for configure/auto.

Re: using cpqacuxe under WinPE
Is it possible to use the GUI though? If not, I can use the information you provided to try and integrate this into our build.
Thanks.
Dana
