0x000000C2 and 0x0000000A BSODS on DL360 G5

Hello! I have an Exchange 2003 Enterprise (SP2) server running on an HP DL360 G5. It's running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, SP2, and is fully patched as of 9/09 releases. This server seems to crashed every 4-5 months (see below). I have so far replaced all the RAM but I am not sure what to do. There server was built with SmartStart 7.9 or 7.91...should I update all the firmware and drivers? This is our only Exchange server so I am nervous about updating everything. Any ideas? Thanks! It has crashed:

Re: 0x000000C2 and 0x0000000A BSODS on DL360 G5

0x000000C2 and 0x000000A errors are usually beacuse of an incompatible driver, so I'd advise downloading the latest PSP (For Windows 2003 32bit that would be http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=nl&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1121486&prodNameId=3288144&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-c2b8b8e222c24208b3cfa79344) and installing it.

Re: 0x000000C2 and 0x0000000A BSODS on DL360 G5

to find the gulty attach the:

c:\windows\minidump\

At least with a minidump or kernel (c:\windows\memory.dmp) we can have some ideia about the real problem.
