10gBase-T NIC needed for Proliant DL385 G7

Hi,

Can someone recommend a 10gBase-T NIC (RJ-45)  for our  Proliant DL385 G7 server please?

The ones that HP makes looks like they are only compatible with the Gen 8 models.

Those are all SFP connections and not RJ-45 correct? I need to connect a NAS with a 10gb card to the server via crossover cable and require a RJ45 connection
