1467GB, SCSI, BD1468A4B5, Service Hours N/A
Hello,
i have a ProLiant DL360G3 with two HP Harddrives. 1=BF1468B26B (HPB9) and 2=BD1468A4B5 (HPBC).
Drive 1 shows on the SMH no Service Hours, Secrors Read, Sectors Written and so on.
At Service Hours stands N/A and the table problem indicators and failure indicators ist not shown.
Smart Status is OK
I would see the data. whats wrong? What can i do?
Thanks for help
regards
lars

This is usually solved updating Smart Array and drive firmware.

Re: 1467GB, SCSI, BD1468A4B5, Service Hours N/A
i have firmware 2.76 on my controller and i reflashed the firmware for the drive. it doesnt helps.
i have tested some drives. BF1468B26B is a 15k drive. the BD1468A4B5 has 10k rpm. the 10k drive works fine. i tested the same with a hp 15k 73gb drive and the same problem occurs.
the adu report says the drive is not stamped.
but in the string of the hdd in the 10k drive stands vendor, firmware etc. in the 15k drive no vendor and firmware string but a long text about hp/compaq.
i think the 15k drive is not compatible with the dl360.
thanks for help
