If you have Proliant 1600 with Pentium 450 CPU you can upgrade your Proliant 1600 to dual Pentium III 600 MHz CPU.

But just use HP part number - Pentium III 600 MHz Processor Option Kit (PN 153555-B21)
I am pretty sure VRM included in Processor Option Kit.
