“1610 - Temperature violation detected “ coming every time when system rebooting

The error and observation are as follows. Please advise
Error :
“1610 - Temperature violation detected “ coming every time when system rebooting.

Observation:
1.The problem is coming only the time of restart soft or cold. Otherwise system is
working normally.
2.Room temperature below 21 degree Celsius.
3.The error coming even in open cabinet condition.
4.All fan working.
5.System board LED no 8 turns to amber. After pressing ESC or bypassing the error it
turns off.
6.Internal health LED becomes RED. After pressing ESC or bypassing the error it
becomes GREEN.
7.Trying to run diagnostics from SMART START CD, but it fails to load or boot from
the CD. The system becomes hanging. The status of LED bank at the bottom of the
board then is Off,Gr,Off,Gr,Gr,Off,Gr,Gr,Red and CR7 LED is flashing green.
8.The system is booting from other bootable CD like WinXP installation CD.

System Information.
· Model : HP PROLIANT ML350 G4

Mainly problem could be in Proper Installation (or thermal Compound) or Possibly Heatsink need Replacement

Yes,

Log a call with HP and request that the heatsink(s) get replaced on each CPU.

There are a couple of problems which HP have addressed.

1) The heatsink can be fitted the wrong way round with the fan at the wrong side (HP have now fitted a locating pin on the heatsink so it can't be fitted incorrectly).

2) The thermal strip has been improved.

Spare part number for heatsink is 366866-001. One is needed for each CPU fitted.
