1611-I/O Fan (Fan3) Failure Detected

I have one Compaq Proliant 1600 with this problem.I change the fan but the message not stop. My new fan don't is the same because I don't found this fan here in Brazil.

can I disable this warning? I tried the bios access wihout sucess.

You can't disable Warning Message. Unless you find way how to trick signal wire.

You might be able pick from eBay if no Local HP Reseller available for you.
