1611 cpu fan error

i have a proliant 3000 or it could be a 4020?

every time it boots up it shows error message no cpu fans ?
suting down in 5 seconds.........

then it does
All fans connected and working
any ideas?

Usually
Fan is not well connected / wrongly
Third party fan with two connectors instead three
Fan is failing
System ROM needs Updates
System board chipset or connector Problems
