1611 error on new ML370 G6 server

I got a ML370 G6 server (this is the first time I work with a real server) and when I turned it on it started with those 1611 error, fan 2 and fan 4 missing. The thing is that the fans are there and even if I remove all of the 4 fans it still says that only 2 and 4 are missing.
Any idea what can I do (besides calling the guys that sold it to me and waiting for them to do something)?

Check your version of BIOS and iLO firmware, update and if you still have the issue, contact HP support per these release notes:

A guy from HP support came and took a look at it. It turned out that some cable connections were loose and didn't work correctly. He fixed it. Thank you for your time and help :).
