1615 - Power Supply Error

I got this error, but I swapped both power supply and cables for known good ones and I still get this error... Maybe jumper settings or faulty board?

You don't say which system you've got.

Usually the power supplies have green LEDs which are 'on' when the system is switched on. Are both LEDs green ?

Do you get this message during system POST or in event log or in insight manager ? I've had false power supply failure messages with a storage system and they went away after insight management agent update.

There could also be a problem with the backplane into which the power supplies are plugged.

i got the same problem as yours..and did swop power supplies also. Did any of those 2 solutions mention solved the issue?

i.e replacement of backplane or update of system rom?
