1720-Slot 0 Drive Array - S.M.A.R.T. Hard Drive(s) Detect Imminent Failure
HP PROLIANT ML350 G5 - WINDOWS 2003 R2
When I was using 2 hard disk (Raid 1+0) ,it was showing 1720-Slot 0 Drive Array - S.M.A.R.T. Hard Drive(s) Detect Imminent Failure (Box1: Bay 2) and Green light on Amber light blinking. I just removed HDD from Bay 1 and keep HDD in Bay 2 only (which was blinking Amber light) so it works properly , no message came , not blinking Amber light its perfect , when I returned the HDD in bay 1 Amber blinking again ... its just brand new HDD. Any solution ???
I have updated firmware -Storage Controller
Thanks

Re: 1720-Slot 0 Drive Array - S.M.A.R.T. Hard Drive(s) Detect Imminent Failure
time to replace a disk before it fails. depending on how you have disks configured could be as easy as swapping out the disk, or backup and start over from scratch
