173 EISA MISMATCH

Good morning,
I have Compaq Proliant 1500R with 166MHZ, running NT 4 server with SP4. Went I boot up the computer it give me this error (173 EISA MISMATCH), and when it boot to NT 4 it only show 16MB of ram, I have a total of 96MB, That amount recognized by the cmos/bios.

Oop! the error message supposed to read "173 EISA SLOT ID MISMATCH". after I instead network card.
