1777-slot 2 Drive Array - Proliant Storage Enclosure Problem Detected

Hi ya,
Just received an ML570 proliant server the other day.
The server came down with a SmartArry5302 card, but the engineers did not connect the drive cages to the card, instead they left them on the board.
When I plugged them into the board and booted the machine I got the following message:

1777-slot 2 Drive Array - Proliant Storage Enclosure Problem Detected
SCSI Port 1: Interrupt Signal Inoperative - check scsi cables

Thing is the server seems to be working fine, BUT there is obviously something not right.
I've tried reseating the cables and checked the pins but all seems ok?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Matt

Anytime I have seen the Int Signal message it has been related to a bent pin or possibly a crimped wire on the cable itself. Outside of that I would say firmware. If you are looking at the cable so it looks like this \_______/ it should be the pin on the upper left hand side.
