1780 Disk 0 Error (even without disk)

1780 Disk 0 Error (even without disk)

On one of our Proliant 800 I get a permanent "1780 Disk 0 Error" while booting. Despite of this, the HD is recognized by the BIOS, but unavailable later, the system wouldn't boot from HD anymore (I checked the disk in another Proliant, it's working perfect).
But - even without any HD I get the 1780 message!
I'm clueless...

I'd recommend upgrading to latest firmware and drivers for the controller and drives.
