Prashant,
It's been a while since i've used an 1850r WE've got ml370's and dl360/380's here mostly. and as you know when you fire them up the fans run at full speed and then slowdown to a much slower and quieter speed. However the fans are not reducing their speed at all which means i can hear it 2 rooms away and it's really annoying.
I'm sure then fans should reduce in speed. i gues can't figure out why they are not.
