SolutionYes you can install 1MB cache CPUs. The spares no is P6/200 Processor with 1 MB Cache 296492-001. As for as the VRMs are concerned you surely can use them but there is one with 48W as well with P/N Voltage Regulator, 48W 296203-0011. Please make sure that you have the Heatsink (for P6/200 Processor with 1 MB Cache; includes clip and thermal pad) 306397-001.
