2.5" SAS Single Port and 2.5" SAS Dual Port

I have 6 small form factor 2.5" Single port SAS drives and 2 small form factor 2.5" Dual Port SAS diks. Can I use both types in a drive cage of a DL380 G5? Or will I get errors and this is a big no no.

not at all

you can use both in the same server
Dual HDDs are for high redundancy capabilities but for storage systems not for servers but you can use both at the same time with no problems at all
