2 out of 4 nics are hidden in DL380 G6

recently a customer purchased couple of DL380 G6 servers. they installed windows 2k3 with sp2 for ASPECT. and installed latest psp using smartstart 8.25. after installation assigned IP addresses to all 4 nics. but after rebooting the server only 2 nics are visible (Two HP NC382i Dual Port Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapters (four ports total)) Externally its showing all four nics active (led blinking) but when we got network properties only 2 are available. there is no teaming. nor have the other two ports been disabled.

Do all four adapters show up in Device Manager? Do you have the HP Network Configuration Utility installed? There are some diagnostic tools included with the utility that might help narrow the problem.

The Device manager is showing only two interfaces.

HP Network Configuration Utility is installed. and also showing just two nics.
