2003 to 2008 in place migration fails. Please help.
The server is an ha proliant dl380 g5

Hi,
To rectify the issue, do some basic checks:
1. Disable any Antivirus software before attempting to upgrade.
2. Disconnect any external devices before installing.
3. Check the hard disk for any errors.
4. Also make sure if Windows 2008 SP2 has necessary disk space and memory requirements.

Refer to page# 19 for Upgrading from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008.
