Trying to install 2008 std server onto a DL360 G4p, I have upgraded to the latest firmware and am using SmartStart 8 but on both the servers I have tried I get the following error during the Expanding part of the installation :
The instruction 0x014cad1d refereranced memory at 0x00000000 The memory could not be read.

Re: 2008 Server failes to install on DL360 G4p
hi
well if all it's up to date
what you can try is minimum configuration and try to install again
I mean by minimum configuration:
just one processor
2 memory DIMMs and swap them if there are more that 2
no PCI cards
regards
