Hey, does the server complete the POST? Does it boot into OS?

Do you see any errors on the slide-out insight display?

Have you tried to swap the DIMMs around?

Has it always been like this? Done any changes?

Server boots properly and we can work on that server as well.

Do you see any errors on the slide-out insight display?

I didn't get you. What it mean exactly?

Have you tried to swap the DIMMs around?

I tried but nothing happned. same error is coming during POST.

Its new server. yesterday morning I went to build the server. when I start the server I got the error during POST (207-Failed Memory Detection in processor 1 socket 9) still installed the win2k3 r2 on that server.
2*3 (6GB) RAM installed on that Server but showing only 4 GB. Nothing changed.

If you have 6g memory and it only sees 4 you should double check that they are installed in the correct slots. If they are you can swap them around to find the broken one.
About the insight panel - it is in the front and you can pull it out to see status of the hardware components.

Verify they are installed in proper slots. Install the largest ones first. Order is largest to smallest. Do you have two CPUs, make sure you populate both sets of banks evenly, less issues.
