207-Invalid Memory Config Error

I've ordered tons of 128MB SDRAM 133 DIMMs, and when I went to add 2 of the new DIMMS to an existing system (DL360), I received the following error: 207 - Invalid Memory Configuration. Unsupported DIMM in Socket 3. Only Registered SDRAM DIMMS are supported. The same message followed, for Socket 4.

These DIMMS are all from COMPAQ, PN: 174224-B21. I'm running BIOS revision 12/26/1999, Family 386P21, Type 03.

Has anyone seen this before?
