207-Invalid memory configuration -mismatched DIMMs within DIMM bank Memory in Bank C Not Utilized

Existing have 1GB of RAM (512 x2) with below spec, recently buy additional 2GB of RAM (512 x 4), after install getting POST error 207 invalid mem configuration.

RAM Model: Hynix Korea 07
RAM Specifications: 512 MB, 1RX8, PC2-3200R – 333-12-A0, HYMP564R72P8-E3 AA-A 0612
HP Sticker:

What should i do now?

Replace non-array models of RAM and put in the Bank C or replace single rank kit in the Bank C?

In the product Bulletin of the ML350G4p i.e the quickspecs, there is a note
"The HP ProLiant ML350 G4p requires interleaved memory configurations when more than one DIMM is installed. Non-array models of the ML350 G4p ship standard with a single DIMM. Note that when upgrading system memory, DIMMs must be configured in identical pairs."

The DIMMS supported

If you look at the HP ProLiant ML350 G4p Memory Configuration you have some common configuration with the total capacity Required by pair

As mentioned, i have following RAM.

512 x 1 Hynix RAM
512 x 1 Micron RAM
512 x 4 Kingston KTH-MLG4/1G (343055-B21)

I Have tried following installed RAM, it does not work.

1.)

Unfortunately I'm not a hardware specialist, look at the attachement the quickspecs p35

NOTE: ...If you plan to mix DIMM types, 2-rank DIMMs must be installed in the first bank, 1 rank DIMMs can then be installed in subsequent banks.
after there is the memory population.
If I understand, I'm afraid that you can not do your population with this two different types of dimms.

1 and 2 installed method is "WORK". That mean mixed DIMM is work, but when u put any type of RAM in DIMM C5 or C6...it will prompt you the 207 invalid Mem Conf Error.

Refer to Quickspec, I know it support Max 12GB. But is it does not support 3GB? I mean it need to be like 2, 4, 6 ,8 GB like that..
