212 processor fail

We have a Proliant 7000 server with four proccessors (P II Xeon). We get the POST message like "212 Processor failed in slot 2" on server boot. We interchanged the processor places but we came up with the same error message (in slot 2). Also we replaced processor board and applied the latest BIOS version but the result did not changed. In all situations we get this error message for slot 2. What else can we do to fix this problem?
Regards.

Re: 212 processor fail

Go into your F10 partition. First screen type CTRL A. Thing will bring up a dialogue box asking about Advanced Mode. Go to Sys Config-> Config HW -> Review and Modify -> View and Edit details. Hit Page Down twice and there you will see Clear NVRAM. Once this has been done, cold boot and go back into the F10 and let it autoconfigure but say NO to the backup SCI file.
