As per the error message - 232 dimm initialization error. Installed DIMMs did not pass the memory test.
Did you check by running offline test is there any memory showing failure. How many memory installed? Also check with swapping and installing pair memory identifying the faulty DIMM.
Is there any error reported in IML logs?

Is this server is powering on or struck with this error on post,
If server is powering on, please check the event IML logs in ILO and check is there any memory faulty etc.
What is the model , OS installed.
