2500r boot
hey there
i just got a 2500r
with no h/d,s and iam trying
to boot it just to make sure every thing is ok
but i wont boot well i guess it does boot it says both prossecors are initiatied
but thats it
i do get a message saying
174-ESIA
iam lost here hell iu cant even get to bios to change boot order
please help

You will need to use a smartstart cd to boot from, failing that you will need download and use the system configuration diskettes from this link (5 disks) http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_1113.html this setup up the server in the nvram. In here you can set boot order etc...
