2nd Processor not being picked up by Operating System

I have recently installed a 2nd processor into a DL380 and despite being recognised by the BIOS it is not being picked up by the Windows Operating System. Below is the message I am seeing in the Event Log:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: cpqasm
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4141
Date: 07/02/2005
Time: 09:52:47
User: N/A
Computer: XXXXXX
Description:
The Compaq System Management Driver has detected that only 1 out of the 2 installed processors have been started by the operating system. Please confirm that the license agreement in use supports all of the installed processors. The system will continue to operate.
