2nd SCSI HD hang Win2000

Hi, i have a ML330 server that runs SQL Server in a Windows 2000 network. The server have a 18 Gb SCSI drive (from factory) on a integrated SCSI/network/video Controller. After, i have added a new SCSI drive (9,1 Gb). When the server make the boot, the controller finds all drives and Win2000 Server pop-up "new scsi HD found". All seems work, but after the reboot (necessary), Win2000 Server pop-up an error ("service could not start" i beleve produced from Compaq Management Agent 4.90) and the user interface (explorer.exe) not respond; it's not possible log-on, log-off and run task manager. The server are totally blocked and is necessary remove the power cable to shut down the system. What can I do? Thanks and excuse my english.
