343057-B21 memory option for DL360 G4p

I have a memory option kit labeled part no. 343057-B21 for a Proliant DL360 G4p server. The actual memory modules within (Samsung 2GB DDR2 400 CL3 ECC Reg single ranked) carry an HP label with P/N 345114-861. Is this genuine memory? The kit was bought second-hand.

Yes, they(part#) seems to be Genuine.

The Option Part # is correct
343057-B21
Memory (DIMM) : 4GB, 400MHz, advanced ECC PC2-3200, single rank memory kit - Contains two 2MB memory modules

& the individual part # 345114-861...is the Assembly Part #.
