350 ML 2 Beeps
When I boot this server up it does the bios beeps twice.
What does that mean?

What it means depends (see pages C2 & C3 etc ) on if the beeps are "short" or "long" (I know, if you've never heard them before how can you tell???) and if it is 2 short , 2 long or one short one long.
Seems to be about either no memory or a PCI prob.
Sorry this is an "RTFM" answer but..
