4HDDs RAID 1+0 on ML110 G7

Hello Guys,

How are you?

I just got my new ML110 G7 today and the memories 4X 4GB.

I installed the 4 HDDs 1TB each (2 Seagate and 2 WD).

I configured the system in RAID 1+0 and i tried to install Microsoft Hyper-V 2008 R2.

I took me more than 3 hours, just to install it.

Does anyone know what hell is going on?

I know software RAID systems are slower than hardware, but this one is way to slooooooooooooooooooow.

Also, i noticed that the HDDs led was always on during installation , it never went off at all.
