5500R KVM Keyboard not responding

I have two Proliant 5500R previously running using a small Aten CS104 4port KVM. The servers were moved and now using a Rose Elect. 16 Port ServerView KVM. Under the Aten the keyboard worked. The servers do not respond to the Keyboard under the New KVM. Can anyone HELP???

Is there a firmware upgrade available for the new KVM?

I would recommend going into the system configuration utility. Under the view and edit details screen find the "hotplug keyboard" item, then disable it.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
