6-Port SATA controller / ML350 / Drive LED's

I have a new ML350 with the optional 6-Port SATA RAID controller. I have four 250GB drives installed (bays 0-3) but none of the drive LED's seem to be working? I have created a RAID 5 array via the ROM utility. Any ideas?

I have just bought an ML150 G2, and the optional SATA 6 port RAID controller.

Firstly I was not too sure what to do with the 3 pin cable that came with the card, but found three pins on the Hot Plug Backplane. Pin 1 is marked as the pin furthest away from the edge of the PCB, but I am not sure which is pin 1 on the cable. I tried it one way round and the LED did not come on, I swapped it round and the light flickered a few times! However since I have yet to put the O/S on I do not know if this is correct!

Thanks. I'm ashamed to say it, but I will....I didn't have the cable connected properly. Looks like it is working now - imagine that. Thanks for the feedback.
