64/33Mhz PCI slots & Remote Insight board

If I install a Remote Insight Lights Out board in slot 6 (on the 64bit/33Mhz bus), will it cause that entire PCI bus to run at 32bit/33Mhz?

No it will not cause the entire bus to run at 32bit. Just the slot.
