64006 Error on ML350 G6 Server

I am getting the following error on an ML350 G6 server - 640006: The Read and/or Write HARD error rate is above threshold.  This error shows up on all drives that are part of a RAID 5 array.  After doing some research, I updated the controller firmware and ACU last night and waited for the scheduled reboot.  The error persists today.  I have attached the most recent ADU.  I was hoping somebody out there might have some suggestions for resolving this error?
