75% CPU utilization after install

Hello
Its a proliant with a smart 3200; 384 mo ram;dlt35/70;4 disks 9.1 gb in raid 5;2 processors 733mhz

nt server 4.0; sp6a
exchange server 5.5 sp3

next after nt installation; cpu uses 76%; sp5; 6 does not change anything

anyone a idea ?

What specific app or service is using the CPU? The CPU does not use itself... so it must be something running on the system.
