750GB Hot Swap Urgent Firmware Upgrade

Hi,
I'm having issues with a bunch of new 750GB hot swap drives. They are randomly "apparently" failing. I've found this advisory wich defines the issue exactly.

The problem is I can't locate the HPG4 firmware upgrade that is recommended. I've downloaded the latest firmware maintenance CD (8.10) dated May 12/08 but this update is not present. Has anyone else been able to find this firmware update?
