Hi,

I'm using a Proliant 6500 Server. Windows NT4.0 Server. Service pack 6a.

The server hungs oft and we we see this message on the Event Viewer.
The server also hangs when a new printer is installed.

The Compaq System Management Driver has detected that the system encountered an
NT bugcheck prior to this boot. The bugcheck data was:
STOP: 0x0000000A (0xEDAC01E6, 0x0000000A, 0x00000000, 0x800195F1).

Do you think re-installing the TCP/IP Printing service and after that reinstall the SP6a ca be dangerous?

Any help would be appreciated
