Re: 805 Unsupport Processor Detected
Hello @Andika,
Was there any activity, change, or upgrade (upgrading processor etc.) that caused the issue?
Is the server basically running on one processor or due to the issue, the server is left with only one successfully running processor?
And also, please check if this document link helps you - https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-c00821489

SolutionHello,
Please ensure that the server firmware is updated.
Please do update the BIOS to the latest as it has critical fixes related to processors.

Thanks.

Re: 805 Unsupport Processor Detected
There are no one activity on the server. The message just appear when on
the boot mode.
And on the night before the accident , i just remote the server, so i think
there are no activity.
Got it, i was upgraded the firmware , it running normally after that,
Thanks for support.
Best Regards
Andika Pramastian
