ACPI errors after Firmware 8.00 CD on DL380 G4 servers

The following errors occurred after applying the 8.00 Maintenance firmware cd on 2 DL380 G4 servers running Netware 6.5(sp7):

ACPI Error (evxfevnt-0288): Could not enable SleepButton event [20061109]
ACPI Error (evxfevnt-0235): Could not enable fixed event 3 [20061109]

Also the Bootproces took a very long time.

After Rem acpidrv.psm in startup.ncf the bootproces works fine. But of course the acpi service isn't functioning.
Any suggestions?

try with FW CD 8.10, it has several fixes

Perhaps CD 8.10 would fix it, but CD 8.10 is not yet in the list for the DL380 G4.
That's why I didn't try that yet.
If you have information, that it should have been in there already, I would like to know though.
