ACR not creating array based on file used - DL380 G4 6i controller

I have attached the .acr file I used to create an array an a DL380 G4 with a 6i controller. I need the sector track size to be 63 for a 400 GB array (5 146 gb drives with one set as a spare in a RAID 5 config). I need to use the 63 sector config (MAXBOOT=Enabled) so when I upgrade these 146 gb drives to 300 gb, I can extend the single logical drive without needing to create a second logical drive for the new free space. However, although the acr seems to use the file provided, I could not expand the logical drive beyond 512 gb and needed to create a 2nd logical drive to use the free space added by the larger drives. When I created an array manually using the MAXBOOT=enabled, I was able to expand the existing logical drive without creating a 2nd one but I need to get this automated. Thanks for any help.
