AGetty dies after 60 sec
We are trying to get serial access on some DL-380s. We have the "usual" entry in /etc/inittab:
/sbin/agetty -L ttyS0 9600 vt100
The agetty dies after 60 sec on one of the DL-380s (respwns every 60 sec if we have it in inittab). Everything works fine on the other DL-380. Running RHEL ES3. The systems are configured identically as far as I can tell, but they are in remote locations so I don't have physical access.
Any ideas?
