ASR automatic server recovery

Hello,

Please let us know ASR automatic server recovery should be enabled or disabled in production environment? We are planning to disable ASR from BIOS on all HP servers where windows 2003 and 2008 is installed. Please give detailed pros and corns and your recommendation to enable or disable ASR
