Re: ASR - in degraded mode

Hi,

Try out 2 things.
1. check the iml log for the server. share the details for the same.
2. Disable the ASR on one server if possible to check the season for ASR to happen. ASR monitor the server heartbeat if it come to non responsive state it reboots. so disable it for testing purpose only..

Re: ASR - in degraded mode

Of course it is present, you only marked it as "repaired", so the management agents will know that the server is not in critical state.
If you want to get rid of this messages, clear the Integrated Management Log(s)

Re: ASR - in degraded mode

do you know what ? it doesn't work...

when I'm clearing the IML, I have the same message...

The last solution is to reinstall it ?

Re: ASR - in degraded mode

Try the SmartStart CD. Boot from the SmartStart CD, and then: Maintain Server > HP Insight Diagnostic > Log TAB > Integrated Management Log TAB, and clear the log here. I kwow some cases that needed this method of clearing IML.
The latest version of Smartstart CD is here:
