ASR problem in ML370G3

Hai All,

I recently replaced the mother board of my ML370G3 from HP. 2 days later the server automatically rebooted. I IML log shows the following error "ASR detected by system ROM" & " An unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occured".

The server is updated with latest ROM & PSP. I am facing this problem twice in a week. kindly help me to resolve this issue.
