ATI display problem with Windows 2000

I recently used Smart Start release 5.0 to configure my ML370 (with Remote Insight board) with Windows 2000. There are two devices which cannot find resources when the system comes up: the ATI RageIIC PCI display adapter and the PCI Standard PCI to PCI bridge. Both say that there are not enough free resources for the device to use and to disable one of the other devices on the system. There aren't any other devices I can disable and I've tried installing the latest device drivers for the display card as well as run the server setup utility on the Smart Start CD for Windows 2000. I cannot resolve these conflicts and would appreciate any advise. Thanks,
