About installed Hardware
Hi,
How do I check what hardware components like SCSI controllers, Disks, Memory I have installed in my Prolaint DL380 G2 server running SCO Openserver, I cannot install Compaq Insight Manager on the Server as there are issues with the application that runs on this server is there any other way like a compaq command I can run to give me a list of hardware. I have Compaq Extended feature supplement installed (5.48a) installed in this server.

Re: About installed Hardware
You had mentioned that...
"I cannot install Compaq Insight Manager on the Server"
What about the regular SCO Insight Agents? Can you install those? You don't need Insight Manager if all you want is to look at the server's configuration through the port:2301\:2381 web page.
I was going to mention the Survey utility, but I think that only works with Windows, Novell and Linux.

Once you are there...look towards the bottom of the screen and you will see a drop down list of the various operating systems.
Good luck,
Ed
